1. Booking & Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This payment is non-refundable if you cancel and do not reschedule within two (2) weeks of your appointment date. If a client cancels their appointment more than 2 times for non-weather related reasons, the deposit is non-refundable with no exceptions.
Weather-related rescheduling is always allowed at no charge.
Remaining balance is due upon completion of service. We accept Cash or Credit Card, or Venmo payments.
Prices may vary based on the vehicle’s size, condition, or any additional services requested at the time of service.
We are a fully mobile, self-contained detailing service — we bring our own water and power!
All we need is a safe, accessible area with enough room to work around your vehicle (driveway, parking lot, etc.). Please ensure the area is clear before your appointment.
Please remove all personal items before your appointment. JD’s Auto Detailing LLC is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Excessive pet hair, heavy soil, or other hazardous conditions not previously disclosed, may require additional time, fees, or rescheduling.
If weather prevents us from safely completing your service, we will contact you to reschedule at the earliest available time.
Weather-related rescheduling does not affect your deposit.
We take pride in our work and want every customer to be satisfied! If you have any concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of your service so we can make it right.
JD’s Auto Detailing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects in paint, upholstery, or materials that may become more visible after cleaning.
Please make sure your vehicle is accessible and ready at your scheduled appointment time.
If we arrive and cannot access the vehicle, or if the location is unsafe, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit may be forfeited.
We may take before-and-after photos or videos of vehicles for quality assurance or social media purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if the work area is unsafe, or if the vehicle presents hazardous or unsanitary conditions.
